We're moving! (Across the freeway)

Last night Kevin and I got some very good news that we had been waiting for. The offer we made on a house was accepted! It's a house in Ripon, but on the other side of the freeway from where we live now. It's a bigger lot, on a court and we are really excited. It was a short sale, which turned out to be a bit more difficult because the seller and the bank have to accept our offer. Luckily, we live with our realtor and Rick, Kevin's dad, worked hard to make it happen. Hopefully we will close mid-February. Pictures to come. :)
